Turmeric Latte

Turmeric, most famous for its active ingredient, curcumin, is a rockstar when it comes to anti-inflammatory and neurotrophic actions.

Along with black pepper and cinnamon your brain is in for a real treat! All three spices have been shown to suppress inflammatory pathways, improve memory by increasing the availability of acetylcholine and improve overall cognition.

Manuka honey, different from typical wildflower honey, is harvested from bees that collect nectar from the Manuka tree. This nectar is responsible for a higher concentration of anti-bacterial properties as well as greater amounts of flavonoids and polyphenols. Flavonoids and polyphenols are found in plant foods and are responsible for many health benefits including immune support, energy production, and skin health!

Try it out and let me know what you think!
