I don't know about you, but I have been on a real chocolate kick this week. In an effort to avoid nasty sugar cravings and falling for processed snacks, I decided to put together some of my favorites for a satisfying chocolate treat.
Pistachios - great source of fiber, omega-3 fats, B6 and potassium
Cacao Powder - insane amount of antioxidants, iron, magnesium, calcium, improved mood
Ginger - anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea
Tahini - copper, selenium, anti-inflammatory
Maple Syrup - manganese, zinc, calcium
Sea Salt - minerals, water balance
These balls are loaded with nutrients that support a healthy blood pressure, thyroid health, strong immune system, and overall reduction in inflammation. Additionally, they contain 4g of fiber and 5 g of protein to keep you full and satisfied!
